Mdm Pang Hee Yah, better known as Sarah by her customers, has 35 years of experience in dressmaking; with numerous certificates and qualifications in fashion design from the Vocational and Industrial Training Board and the Associate School of Dressmaking.
Sarah started of by tailoring for Chinese dresses and Cheongsams back in Chinatown. From there, she decided to develop her own line of fashion; establishing SY Boutique in 2002 with her husband.
She is also known for her pleasant personality and service ethic; going the extra mile to fulfill whatever requests customers may have.
Her hardwork won her numerous recognitions in the region; from loyal patronage of Singaporean, Indonesian, and Malaysian celebrities to regular features in local magazines “Manja” and variety shows on “Suria”.
